The Initiation
A free 21-day practical application of Psycho-Cybernetics — the Impero Way.
One ninety-minute sitting. Ten minutes every morning. For twenty-one days.
You have read the books. You have the plan. Monday's resolution is sincere — and dead by Wednesday. That is not a shortage of effort, and it is not a character flaw: something beneath your resolutions decides what feels possible and what feels absurd, and it was not consulted when you made the plan.
The mechanism
The self-image steers.
Maxwell Maltz was a plastic surgeon who kept meeting patients whose lives refused to change with their new faces. What he found became Psycho-Cybernetics: the nervous system works like a servomechanism, steering toward whatever self-image is installed — and yours was installed largely in childhood, never chosen, rarely questioned. Willpower that fights it loses; the system corrects you back to whatever feels like you. Failure is not weakness. It is feedback — the mechanism working exactly as built, toward the wrong reference.
The method is a loop.
The image makes the act feel possible; the act proves the image true; the proof revises the image — and the next act comes easier. The Initiation runs that loop deliberately, for twenty-one days, until it begins running you.

The rite
What you will actually do
One sitting — about ninety minutes.
your self-image, out loud
the beliefs underneath
one ordinary day, five years out
You speak your current self-image out loud, distill what you hear into the handful of beliefs that have been governing you, choose the single one to break — and write the replacement: one ordinary day, five years out, written as if it were happening now.
Then twenty-one days.
one lived proof
the day, read aloud
one act, named
paid in the body
Ten minutes each morning, before the phone: you remember one lived proof, rehearse the day you wrote, then name — and seal — the one small act that will prove it today. Thirty seconds at night to confirm you did it. Five quiet minutes of tuning, once a week. The manual walks you through all of it.
Twenty-one mornings. One small act a day.
One image. One hinge. One key. One proof. Twenty-one days.
It will not work if —
- you skip days;
- you write a fantasy instead of a believable life;
- you picture the day but never perform the act;
- you spend the three weeks checking whether it is working.
The mechanism asks for two things only — clear, repeated input, and one small act a day.
Either give it that, or don't begin.

The whole method, typeset and sent to your inbox.
Two documents: the Field Manual, which is the complete practice, and the essay that carries the argument behind it. They cost nothing but an address to send them to — the documents and nothing else: no sequence, no drip.
